Made from high quality food-grade BPA free silicone with suction cups underneath to prevent movement during feeding times. It's not only durable but also pretty simple to clean. We recommend rinsing your slow feeder with hot water right away after your Dog has consumed their food, to avoid leftovers sticking deep down into the crevices then place upside down on the top rack of your dishwasher or wash by hand.

They are all processed and shipped out of Morrinsville. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number, once your order has shipped. Domestic shipping should be expected in 1 - 3 business days and Rural address will take an extra day or two.Note that these delivery times may vary during high-volume delivery periods such as Christmas/COVID-19.

We do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). If you have chosen the singed shipping option, and no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found online in your Doris & me account & via your email confirmation. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.
