Standard shipping: For New Zealand addresses, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Mon-Fri, after receiving your order confirmation email. They are all processed and shipped out of Morrinsville. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number, once your order has shipped.

Bulky Item Shipping

Bulky items such as Blankets, incur a higher shipping cost than our standard products.

Shipping for bulky items is calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If your order contains both standard and bulky items, the shipping cost will reflect the combined postage required.

 
 
Domestic shipping should be expected in 1 - 3 business days and Rural address will take an extra day or two.
Note that these delivery times may vary during high-volume delivery periods such as Christmas/COVID-19.

We do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). If you have chosen the singed shipping option, and no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found online in your Doris & me account & via your email confirmation. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.
