Refunds & Returns

 Incorrect size/ fit

If your items arrive and they are the incorrect fit for your pet, we will happily accept an exchange for a different size. Please keep in mind that we will only do this once. Please make sure to use our size chart for an accurate size.

Please make sure the items you are returning are in the same condition as they were when you received them. Any tags will need to be attached and the item free from any pet hair. If the item/s are not returned in the same condition as they were when you received them, your exchange may not be accepted. Contact us at dorisandme@hotmail.com to start your exchange. Please do so within 14 days of receiving your item/s

The cost of returns will need to be covered by YOU. We will not cover this cost. Please make sure to return the item with a tracking number so we both can track the item. We will not be responsible for lost parcels in the mail

Incorrect items received & Damaged items

We sincerely apologize that you received the incorrect item or your item is faulty. If any items you receive are incorrect or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of day of delivery to notify us at Dorisandme@hotmail.com

Please be sure to include your order number, the incorrect item received and what the correct item should be. Also some photos if need be

If the item that you didn't receive is unavailable as it has sold out, we can offer to replace it with a different item of the same value or process a refund

Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, pet hair FREE, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. As soon as you realize that the item is the incorrect fit for your pet, remove immediately so the item stays in new condition. Return costs for this will be covered by us


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty/Guarantee

Doris & Me products are made from high quality and durable materials; however, they are not indestructible. We guarantee our pet wear and accessories at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. If you experience a problem with any of our products, please send an email to dorisandme@hotmail.com with details and a photo of the issue. Any warranty claims must be received within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we are unable to replace any items.

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.

Our warranty/guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.  Any claims after 14 days may not be valid, as the damage may be considered normal wear and tear.

We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges on products. The best thing would be to contact us at dorisandme@hotmail.com within 14 Days of receiving your order to arrange to have the item returned to us and then you will need to make a new order. If by any means you're returning the product because you have changed your mind, you will need to cover the return postage costs for this. Items will need to be returned in the condition you received it. Brand new and un-used. Once we have received and inspected the product. The refund will be given.

Faulty or incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at dorisandme@hotmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the fault. If we believe the item will need to be returned to us, we will cover the postage costs for this. We will either replace your item if we have the available stock or you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for the misuse of your Bottle. Please follow our "Care instructions" on the product pages on how to care for your Bottle correctly. Keeping it clean and by following good hygiene practices will extend the life your Bottle
